Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking a dedicated recruiter to own the talent acquisition function for six months, partnering with our leadership and hiring managers to drive active pipelines, candidate experience, and successful closes.

You will manage the full lifecycle, from posting to offer, using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach, while maintaining organized data in our ATS (Rippling). This is a high-autonomy, high-impact temporary role with onsite/hybrid flexibility in California.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to run end-to-end recruiting solo.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and direct outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to persuade hiring managers.
• Comfort hiring across multiple business functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire hiring lifecycle for active openings.
• Post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews, negotiate offers.
• Coordinate with leadership and hiring managers; guide panels.
• Maintain data and pipelines in ATS (Rippling).
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
