Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Greater Milwaukee construction operations. Lead projects from tender through substantial completion, manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants on complex builds.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction project management, a track record with multi-million dollar projects, deep knowledge of construction methods and contracts, and proficiency with Procore or MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and contracts.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset.
• Degree or diploma in construction management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from tender through substantial completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication.
