Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support our Greater Milwaukee construction teams on a range of commercial and multi-unit projects. This role offers hands-on involvement from tender through substantial completion, with a focus on coordination and documentation.

You will assist with budgets, schedules, and changes, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, attend site meetings, and help maintain safe, compliant project execution while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Experience on commercial or multi-unit construction projects.
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning and execution of projects from tender to substantial completion.
• Assist with budget tracking, schedule updates, and change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and consultants under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Attend site meetings and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in maintaining client relationships through clear and timely communication.
• Identify and elevate project risks to the Project Manager as needed.
