Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics, a division of HealthPRO Heritage, is growing its Killeen ABA team. We’re seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a measured caseload and provide evidence-based ABA with autonomy.

This clinic-based role offers a base salary of $85K–$90K plus $5K–$12K annual bonus, plus a $5K sign-on/relocation, with 25 billable hours weekly and both full-time and part-time options. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification or eligibility.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback.
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews.
