Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions (EBS) is seeking a reliable BCBA to join our Washington team, focusing on taking on an active ABA caseload and delivering high-quality clinical care to clients and families in Puyallup/Tacoma, WA.

This hybrid/in-person role offers flexible scheduling, supervision responsibilities, and opportunities to grow within a developing Washington ABA program. Travel to client sites is required, with in-home or school-based services prioritised.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB (required).
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical judgment and data analysis skills.
• Ability to independently manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, professional, and proactive communication.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable using electronic documentation systems, including the Rethink app.

Responsibilities

• Take on and independently manage an active ABA caseload.
• Develop and maintain individualized, data-driven treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide ongoing supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to CBTs/RBTs.
• Regularly review client data and make timely clinical adjustments.
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate proactively with families, direct staff, and the clinical team.
• Ensure services are delivered consistently and in accordance with clinical and compliance standards.
• Manage your caseload, deadlines, and clinical responsibilities independently.
