Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA services across school settings in Yelm, WA. You will guide program development, implementation, and evaluation while partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting FBAs and developing ABA-based interventions.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to meet Washington State and school-district requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs in line with state, district, and professional guidelines.
• Develop BIPs aligned with IEPs and educational goals.
• Design ABA programs targeting communication, adaptive skills, social-emotional growth, and positive behavior.
• Train and supervise RBTs, paraeducators, and behavior technicians.
• Maintain data collection, progress reports, and supervision records.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, SLPs, OTs, admins, families.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary planning.
• Follow BACB Ethics Code and district policies.
