Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• WA Licensed Behavior Analyst or eligible within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Provide parent coaching and caregiver training.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, schools, and community providers.
• Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning.
• Provide services in clinic, home, and community settings.
