A behavioral services provider is seeking a Full-Time BCBA to join their team in New Jersey. Qualifications

• BCBA certification or in process of obtaining.
• 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.
• Ability to apply ABA principles effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions.
