Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC's Agentic Platform team is building autonomous AI agents to support SRE, systems, capacity, and DR readiness. This internship offers hands-on experience, industry exposure, and real-project impact while laying a strong foundation for growth.

Interns will gain practical experience, participate in social events and development workshops, and collaborate across internal tooling ecosystems during Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/SE or related technical discipline.
• Able to commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2027.
• Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure basis.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Automation & Triage: scale diagnostic playbooks and enable intelligent triage, isolation, and auto healing of hardware and system faults.
• Systems Integration: integrate AI agent framework with core internal logging, monitoring, and ticketing systems.
