Job summary

Teradata is seeking a visionary engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents at scale within our enterprise data platform. You will collaborate with researchers and platform teams to push GenAI capabilities from concept to production, ensuring governance and safety.

You will influence memory, context handling, observability, and distributed systems as you build secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP in a hybrid, multi-cloud environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents at scale.
• Strong knowledge of agent architectures, safety, and enterprise-grade AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent, autonomous AI systems for Teradata’s enterprise platform.
• Lead development of cloud-native frameworks for AI agents to reason, plan, act, and collaborate in production environments.
• Create runtime components and automation powering GenAI/Agentic AI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, platform teams, and product leadership to bring capabilities to production.
• Enable customers to leverage safe, scalable AI agents delivering measurable business value.
