Job summary

Teradata seeks a seasoned AI engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents at enterprise scale. You will build runtime components and cloud-native frameworks to enable agents to reason, plan, and collaborate in real-world environments across Teradata’s data and AI platform.

You will work with AI researchers, platform teams, and product leaders to bring advanced agentic capabilities from concept to production, ensuring governance, safety, and measurable business value for enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents at scale.
• Experience with governance, safety, and compliance in AI environments.
• Ability to partner with product leaders, architects, and platform teams to define enterprise-grade AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent, autonomous AI systems for Teradata’s agentic technology.
• Lead the development of scalable, secure, cloud-native frameworks for AI agents.
• Create runtime components, automation capabilities, and infrastructure for GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with researchers, platform teams, and product leadership to transition concepts to production.
• Enable customers to leverage safe, high-value AI agents that drive measurable business outcomes.
