Job summary

Teradata seeks a seasoned AI engineering professional to design and deploy autonomous AI agents at scale within our enterprise platform. You will build secure, cloud-native runtimes and runtimes powering next-generation GenAI, collaborating with researchers, platform teams, and product leaders to bring capabilities from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI agents at scale.
• Expertise in agent-based architectures and runtime components for next-generation AI/LLM systems.
• Hands-on experience implementing governance, safety, and compliance in agentic AI environments.
• Ability to partner with product leaders, architects and platform teams to define enterprise-grade AI capabilities.
• Strong technical ability with intelligent automation, generative AI, and agentic system design.

Responsibilities

• Design and build intelligent, autonomous AI systems enabling Teradata to push enterprise-scale agentic tech.
• Lead development of scalable, secure, cloud-native frameworks for AI agents to reason, plan, act.
• Create foundational runtime components and infrastructure powering GenAI solutions.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, platform teams and leadership to productionize agentic capabilities.
• Enable enterprise customers to leverage safe, resilient AI agents delivering measurable business value.
