Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn, AL, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to plan and execute vehicle projects within the HDNA organization. You will lead cross-functional teams, serve as the primary contact at the vehicle level, and ensure alignment with program goals and budgets.

You will monitor KPIs, manage budgets, coordinate design freezes and milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Strong communication, program management experience, and proficiency in MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present to management.
• Program management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute vehicle projects, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for HDNA at the vehicle level.
• Lead cross-functional teams within HDNA organization and provide guidance.
• Monitor project progress, KPIs, and report to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, cost rollup and allocation.
• Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes.
• Lead milestones with suppliers, including design freezes and approvals.
• Coordinate assembly plant pilot builds and EOL activities.
• Support HDNA engineering with part verification and tool parts activities.
• Manage EBOM and oversee quality/warranty analysis.
