Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior automotive warranty administrative experience preferred.
• CDK experience highly desirable; detail-oriented and well organized.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, submits, and follows up on warranty claims.
• Processes warranty paperwork with proper documentation.
• Keeps abreast of factory recalls and announcements.
• Arranges parts shipments to factory or distributor and resubmits rejected claims.
• Assists with body shop warranty claims and follows up on outstanding claims.
• Reconciles warranty receivables and coordinates with accounting for payments.
• Maintains warranty parts records and service/customer records.
