Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Warranty Clerk at River Oaks Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to manage warranty claims processing, submission, and tracking. You will work closely with service teams to ensure proper documentation and timely resolution of claims.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CDK experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role is on site with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Automotive Warranty Administrative experience preferred.
• CDK experience highly desirable.
• Detail oriented and have strong organizational ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with policy.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, submits, and follows up on warranty claims.
• Processes all warranty paperwork with proper documentation.
• Keeps abreast of factory recalls and announcements.
• Arranges parts shipment to factory/distributor and resubmits rejected claims promptly.
• Assists with body shop warranty claims and follows up on outstanding claims.
• Reconciles warranty receivables and coordinates with accounting for payments.
• Maintains service and customer records as required by the warrantor.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
