Job summary

Temecula Valley Toyota is seeking an Automotive Warranty Administrator/Clerk to manage vehicle warranty claims and support the dealership's financial performance. You will work closely with customers and technicians to resolve warranty issues while ensuring accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, a background in automotive repair, and work well in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of the Toyota Warranty program and a friendly demeanor are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of previous Warranty Administrator/Clerk experience in an auto dealership.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and diagnostic procedures.
• Ability to maintain composure under stress.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to define warranty claim resolutions.
• Process warranty paperwork for documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding warranty claims.
• Provide accurate reports as required.
