Responsibilities

• Prepare warranty repair orders per manufacturer policies.
• Enter labor operation codes, failure codes, and data on repair orders.
• Book technicians for hours earned on operations performed.
• Review claims to avoid duplicates and duplicates on shop repairs.
• Process warranty claims in a timely manner until resolved.
• Maintain records of all claims and statuses.
