Job summary

Charlie Clark Auto Group (AMARU) is seeking a qualified Warranty Administrator to join our team in Laredo, TX. The role focuses on reviewing and completing warranty claims, preparing, recording, reconciling, and submitting claims to the appropriate party.

The position interacts daily with customers, technicians, service and parts staff, and management. We are willing to train the right person and offer opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Active listener and critical thinker.
• Solid time management skills.
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Process all warranty claims by next business day following RO close date.
• Handle and resolve all claim corrections and charge-backs.
• Establish and maintain relationships with manufacturer warranty representatives.
• Review warranty repair orders for proper completion, accuracy, and legibility.
• Analyze problems, identify trends and develop strategies for maximizing claim process.
• Check each repair order against vehicle service history to avoid duplicates.
• Provide weekly report to service manager regarding claim status.
• Report fraudulent manipulation of warranty claims.
• Provide parts manager with updated parts listing weekly.
• Conduct weekly audits of warranty and schedules, address adjustments or write-offs.
• Assist service consultants in closing open warranty RO's.
• Assist service staff with warranty questions.
• Attend warranty training courses as needed.
• Work schedule Tuesday-Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-5pm

We are currentlylooking to add a qualifiedWarranty Administratorto join our team.

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for reviewing and completing warranty claims. This includes preparing, recording, reconciling warranty claims and submitting them to the appropriate party.

This position interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Service Associates, Parts Associates, Parts and Service Managers, Cashiers, Sales Associates, just to name a few. We are willing to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Process all claims by next business day following RO close date
• Handel and resolve all claim corrections and charge-backs
• Establish and maintain relationships with the manufacturer's designated warranty representatives
• Review every warranty repair order written for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to the policies and procedures
