• Coordinate with Service Advisors on warranty approvals and help Technicians understand documentation requirements.
• Monitor recall requirements and stay current on manufacturer warranty policies.
• Maintain organized records, support audits, and assist with internal warranty training.

What You'll Do

You'll manage warranty claims from submission through payment, working with Service Advisors, Technicians, and manufacturers to keep documentation complete and resolve issues.
