Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a CVO Test Driver to perform vehicle evaluations, document findings, and help ensure quality and performance. You will drive new vehicles on defined durability routes, complete test reports, and assist with vehicle preparation in a professional testing environment.

The role requires an 18+ driver with a clean record and the ability to operate a manual transmission, with weekly pay and a stable weekday schedule from early morning to mid-afternoon.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work independently.
• Able to sit for extended driving periods.
• Able to meet background check and drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicle durability routes following testing procedures.
• Perform vehicle evaluations under various driving conditions.
• Complete daily driver reports and document test results.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and report concerns.
• Test vehicle systems including engine, transmission, braking, and noise/vibration.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, shuttling, detailing, and garage tasks.
• Follow all customer safety policies and mentor other drivers when assigned.
