Job summary

Goken is seeking a Project Manager, Vehicle Operations to coordinate vehicle program activities across cross-functional teams from concept through production. You will drive schedules, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment among engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

Ideal candidates have a engineering degree and 3+ years in automotive hardware PM, with strong organizational and communication skills and experience with Jira/Confluence and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience within automotive, vehicle, or hardware development environments.
• Experience managing schedules, deliverables, risks, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing products through the hardware life cycle and applying ECR/ECO processes and PLM systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage vehicle development programs from concept through production and end-of-life activities.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program objectives and execution plans.
• Track program risks, issues, and open actions, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate program reviews, status meetings, and readiness assessments.
• Support engineering change management and implementation activities.
• Maintain program documentation, metrics, and reporting to provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency across programs.
