Job summary

Goken is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across hardware, software, vehicle systems, and product teams. You will translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, build schedules, define milestones, identify risks, and communicate progress with precision.

You will collaborate with engineering groups to manage NPI activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure smooth transitions into production.

Qualifications

7+ years of engineering or technical program management experience.
Experience with automotive closures, latches, or kinematic mechanisms.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Proven ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive programs forward.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules for mechanisms, sealing, and structural integration.
Triage issues and drive root cause investigations to closure.
Coordinate with external suppliers and manage part deliveries.
Maintain issue trackers (Jira or equivalent) and drive hardware issue RCA progress.
Facilitate cross-functional communication across ME, supply chain, manufacturing, and validation teams.
Support NPI activities and transition programs into production.
Demonstrate ability to conduct packaging investigations or clash analysis using CATIA.
Ensure teams understand requirements, dependencies, and delivery expectations.
Release technical datasets and manufacturing drawings through PLM workflows.
