Precision of New Hampton is seeking an Automotive Technical Specialist to provide expert technical support and training from our Iowa office. You will stay current on transmission rebuilding techniques and torque converter technology, and help customers with clear telephonic guidance.

You will train internal employees, update training materials, and participate in industry conferences and events as a company representative. This role offers long-term growth in a family-run environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Transmission Rebuild process.
• In-depth expertise with Torque Converters is highly valued.
• Excellent verbal communication to explain technical information clearly.
• Willingness to relocate to New Hampton, IA if not nearby.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in transmission rebuilding.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers by phone.
• Train and support internal employees on technical procedures.
