Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the Transmission Rebuild process and related components
• Solid understanding of Torque Converters (in-depth expertise is a significant advantage)
• Excellent verbal communication skills — able to clearly explain technical information to customers and team members
• Strong customer service mindset and professional phone presence
• Willingness to relocate to New Hampton, IA (if not already living nearby)
