• Minimum of two years automotive technician experience.
• Experience delivering technical training.
• ASE Certification desired; Mazda experience desired, but not required.

• Work with customers and co-workers in a team environment.
• Demonstrate professional presentation skills.
• Demonstrate professional experience delivering technical training.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of intricate automotive systems.
• Demonstrate advanced automotive systems diagnostic skills.
• Complete tasks with minimal direction, including self-guided study, to stay current with technology.
• Ability to travel to in-dealership coaching events.
