Job summary

Audia Elastomers is seeking a results-driven engineer to identify product requirements and drive technology development for thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) compounds, supporting growth in automotive and related markets. The role is remote, based in Michigan or northern Ohio, with frequent travel (over 50%). You will manage development activities, interpret sample results for customers, and collaborate with converters, Tier suppliers, and OEMs to achieve product approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or science required.
• 5–7 years of elastomer experience required.
• Strong communication, organization and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify product requirements and drive technology development for TPE compounds.
• Manage development activities and interpret sample results for customers.
• Interface with converters, Tiers, and OEMs to achieve product approvals.
• Submit call reports and respond to customer inquiries.
