Job summary

Aims Community College in Windsor, CT seeks an Automotive/Collision Tool Room Clerk to manage tools, equipment, and supplies used by students and instructors in labs, ensuring availability and safety.

You will check-in/check-out tools, monitor inventory, stock, and direct traffic in/out of the garage, with occasional travel. This role supports a safe, organized learning environment and may require lifting up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of tool room inventory.
• Monitor tool crib for loss prevention.
• Check-in/Check-out tools, equipment, vehicles, etc.
• Track use of tools, equipment and vehicles.
• Stocking and re-stocking of tools and equipment.
• Directing traffic in/out of garage.
• Other duties as assigned.
