Responsibilities

• Process vehicle title and registration (L&T) paperwork accurately and timely.
• Prepare, review, and submit title applications and supporting documentation.
• Verify signatures, lienholder information, insurance documentation, odometer statements, and other required paperwork.
• Process ownership transfers, title corrections, duplicate titles, registrations, and related transactions.
• Process cancellations and related documentation, including follow-up with customers, financial institutions, and internal departments.
• Monitor title schedules and follow up on outstanding titles, registrations, plates, and documentation.
• Enter information accurately into dealership and state title systems.
• Additional dealership accounting and office functions based on business needs.
