Job summary

Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced Title Clerk for a full-time role. You will manage title work for dealer trades, re-assign trade titles, and prepare titles for auctions while handling routine accounting tasks.

Applicants should have previous automotive dealership accounting experience, knowledge of title processes, and proficiency with standard software; CDK knowledge is preferred. We offer benefits after 60 days, 401K, and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Stock in Dealer Trades and process title work for outgoing trades.
• Re-assign all trade titles
• Prepare titles for auctions
• Stock in all used vehicle purchased
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Maintain log for returned finance contracts
• Receipt payment and issue checks for dealer trades
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.
