Job summary

Hireology in Alabama is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk for an automotive dealership. You will process vehicle titles, registrations, and related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion.

Ideal candidates have dealership title experience (ALVIN knowledge a plus) and solid Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with DealerTrack or CDK is a plus. You will support customers and staff, maintain organized records, and help resolve title questions.

Qualifications

• Dealership title experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Alabama title procedures and knowledge of Mississippi titling requirements is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership software (DealerTrack, CDK, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle titles, registrations, and tag applications.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Track and follow up on outstanding titles.
