Job summary

Flagstaff Nissan Subaru is seeking an Automotive Title Clerk to handle vehicle titles, registrations, and related documents with accuracy and regulatory compliance.

In this full-time role, you will prepare and submit documents to the DMV, verify ownership and lien details, assist with sales contracts and inventory, and provide courteous support to customers while maintaining records. Training may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some positions may prefer additional office/admin experience.
• 1–2 years in office administration, automotive sales, or related fields; dealership experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer systems for data entry, DMV software, and document management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit title and registration documents to the DMV or relevant state agencies.
• Verify ownership, lien holder information, and completeness of documents.
• Assist with sales contracts, dealer trades, and inventory records.
• Help customers with title transfers, registration fees, and inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal regulations; update records and report issues.
• Occasionally train sales staff or finance managers on title procedures and regulatory updates.
