Job summary

Sonic Automotive Central Buying Solution is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to process titles, obtain supporting documents, and resolve lien payoff discrepancies across our dealership network. You will coordinate with intercompany locations and vendors to ensure accuracy and timely settlements.

Typical duties include tracking auction purchases and sales, posting invoices and online payments, reconciling accounts weekly, and providing administrative support to management and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Track and coordinate title corrections and obtain needed titles and supporting docs.
• Track auction purchases/sales and post invoices and online payments.
• Reconcile select accounts and schedules weekly.
• Provide administrative support to management and staff as needed.
• Load units into dealer locations and coordinate with intercompany locations.
