Sonic Automotive is seeking team members to support title processing, lien payoff reconciliations, and administrative tasks within our Central Buying Solution. The role involves coordinating titles, ACH payments, and paperwork across dealerships to ensure smooth transactions. Flexibility for Saturdays/evenings may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience within an automotive dealership operations office.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

Responsabilidades

• Process titles and obtain titles and supporting documentation to complete transactions.
• Resolve lien payoff discrepancies and reconcile select accounts.
• Track auction purchases/sales and bill stores via ACH.
• Load units into the corresponding dealer location.
• Post invoices and issue payments as required.
• Provide administrative support to management, vendors and staff.
