Qualifications

• Previous title experience is preferred.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
• Must possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Must be punctual.
• Must possess the ability to multi-task. Strong organizational skills.
• Must have a professional appearance and manner consistent with the dress code policy.

Responsibilities

• Process all in- and out-of-state title applications for new and preowned vehicles.
• Process and file deal jackets; send out finance paperwork.
• Make copies of products sold (accessories).
• Assist with accounts receivable collection.
• Enter/stock new vehicles to inventory.
• Back-up receptionist duties as needed, including operating a multi-line phone system.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and transfer to the appropriate person or department.
