• Open and record incoming titles daily according to procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve title-related issues (odometer discrepancies, duplicates, payoff issues).

The title clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles using respectivestate guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual. Individual will need to have great multitasking skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment - all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and giving the highest customer quality of service. Individual needs to be courteous and thorough will all of our customers.

Responsibilities
