Steve Moyer Subaru in Leesport, PA is seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join our growing family of dealerships. The title clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles using state guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming titles and MCOs.
• Open and record incoming titles daily per procedures.
• Process new and used vehicle registrations.
• Answer customer inquiries professionally.
• Troubleshoot title issues: odometer discrepancies, duplicates, payoff issues.

The title clerk is responsible for processing vehicle titles using respectivestate guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual. Individual will need to have great multitasking skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment - all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and giving the highest customer quality of service. Individual needs to be courteous and thorough will all of our customers.
