Steve Moyer Subaru in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time Title Clerk to join our dealership family. The title clerk will process vehicle titles per state guidelines efficiently and accurately, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming titles and MCOs.
• Open and accurately record incoming titles daily according to established procedures.
• Processes new and used vehicle registration.
• Answer customer inquiries or concerns in a professional manner.
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution related to titles (odometer discrepancies, duplicates, payoff issues).

Individual needs to be courteous and thorough will all of our customers.
