Responsibilities

• Accurately process incoming titles and MCOs.
• Open and record incoming titles daily per procedures.
• Process new and used vehicle registrations.
• Answer customer inquiries professionally.
• Troubleshoot title issues: odometer discrepancies, duplicates, payoff issues.
