Job summary

The Wyler Collection, Dublin in Dublin, OH is hiring a Title Clerks / Title Dept Generalist to process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently. You will support the Title Department with document handling, recordkeeping, and verifications in a fast-paced automotive environment.

We seek highly organized candidates with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with dealer management systems is a plus; Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with dealership management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Open, review, and process incoming title mail and file appropriately.
• Verify vehicle information and match titles with completed deals.
• Research stock numbers by VIN in the dealer system for accuracy.
• Maintain organized filing systems for title documents and records.
• Assist with scanning, copying, and record maintenance for titles.
• Communicate status updates to internal departments as needed.
