Mills Auto Group in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Title Clerk for a full-time role. The position requires strong administration, organizational, and communication skills, with emphasis on title work and accounting tasks in a dealership environment.

Candidates must understand the title and registration process for the South Carolina DMV and have prior automotive title experience. CDK knowledge is a plus, and the role is on-site at our Greenville locations.

Competenze

• Previous title work experience is required.
• Knowledge of the title and registration process for the SC DMV is required.
• Basic accounting skills are required.

Mansioni

• Stock in Dealer Trades and process title work for outgoing trades.
• Re-assign all trade titles.
• Prepare titles for auctions.
• Stock in all used vehicle purchases.
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
• Maintain log for returned finance contracts.
• Receipt payments and issue checks for dealer trades.
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.
