Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group in Greer, SC is seeking a Title Clerk to join our Chevy/GMC location. This on-site role focuses on processing vehicle titles, reassigning titles on trades, and submitting paperwork to the DMV.

You will work with multiple software systems, maintain title logs, and ensure compliance across county and state title regulations. Prior CDK/automotive experience and a proactive, deadline-driven attitude are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• At least 1 year of title clerk experience preferred.
• CDK and automotive software experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use multiple software systems and meet deadlines.
• Maintain title logs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Examine paperwork from stores to ensure conformity to requirements.
• Prepare and submit paperwork to the DMV.
• Cut checks to the DMV.
• Reassign titles on trades.
• Prepare and submit paperwork to 3rd party processors for out-of-state deals.
• Maintain title log (Google Doc) for all in-process and completed work.
• Maintain and clean accounting schedules; issue refunds as needed.
• Stay updated on county and state title regulations.
