Job summary

Goodyear is seeking an Automotive Tire & Service Advisor at one of our Auto Service centers. You will drive sales by recommending tires and services, build guest relationships, and guide customers through check-in, estimates, and checkout.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with training and opportunities for advancement; requires at least 18, valid driver’s license, and ability to work weekends as needed; Goodyear offers benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Guest Service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability for the store location by selling tires and services.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Communicate promotions, warranties, and advertisements to guests.
• Schedule, estimate time requirements, check out, and manage guest interactions from start to finish.
• Support Service Manager by conveying guest vehicle information as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, as required.
