General Description:

As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by making meaningful connections while delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities:

• Help drive and achieve sales goals through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotional offers of products and services
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to check-out, including scheduling appointments, estimating time, and completing transactions
• Make product recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines
• Utilize company-provided training tools for self-development
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting, for extended periods

Basic Qualifications:

• Prior guest service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• No relocation offered for this position
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
