Goodyear is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the service and sales teams within one of its auto service centers. You will schedule associates, supervise daily operations, and help drive profitability by delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will mentor technicians and service staff, communicate promotions and training opportunities, and ensure a clean, safe guest area while meeting performance goals. Local candidates preferred; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of previous retail experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by being the liaison between technicians and consumers.
