Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor at one of our Just Tires centers. You will drive sales through guest interactions, build relationships, and explain warranties and promotions. You will guide guests from check-in to checkout, schedule services, and recommend products based on manufacturer guidelines.

The role emphasizes flexibility, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment with comprehensive training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
• Take responsibility for guest interactions from check-in through completed service: scheduling, estimating time, and checkout.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturers' recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels.
