• 2-5 Years of experience running multiple machines and performing preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance inspection before the start of each shift as outlined on the Preventive Maintenance Check Sheet.
• Apply oil or grease to specified areas and confirm operability of detectors.
• Troubleshoot chain assembly equipment and interpret alarm messages to correct issues.
• Operate the assembly line including roller link assembly, chain assembly, riveting, pre-stressing, articulation checking, distance measuring, automatic cutting, washing, final inspection and packing.
• Maintain production schedules, quality control records, chain assembly records, shipping charge numbers, and traceability records for each charge; report unusual problems to supervisor.
• Prepare test samples for quality control per work standard and record data.
• Use a machine-monitoring system to record downtime.
• Report faulty operation or defective material to supervisor.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and follow safety regulations.
• Perform other similar duties as required.
