Job summary

Qualifications

• 0 - 3 years’ experience in the Mechanical Engineering field.
• Ability to function and work in a team environment.
• Data Acquisition & Analysis/Measurement System experience.
• CVJ knowledge and Quality Systems (IATF 16949/ISO14001) knowledge.
• Knowledge of servo hydraulic test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CVJ test operations, setting up the test and following established test procedures.
• Analyzes test results by failure mode and writes test reports under supervision.
• Maintains test facilities and equipment; keeps the lab and office clean.
• Deals with outside vendors to order and procure test material and lab supplies.
• Designs, fabricates, and modifies testing fixtures and test parts; performs maintenance.
• Supports on-site customer testing and communicates with the customer.
• Completes data acquisition and analysis of test data; creates durability/fatigue test conditions.
