AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to oversee commercial performance across multiple stores, lead and motivate sales teams, and drive WOW! Customer Service for commercial accounts.

You will develop market strategies, manage key accounts, partner with operations, and travel up to 50% to visit customers and ensure on-time deliveries. Join a team that values integrity, growth, and a customer-first mindset with opportunities for career advancement.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience (automotive industry preferred).
• Experience managing or leading teams (direct or indirect).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
• Understanding of sales metrics, customer development plans, and profitability analysis.
• Proven integrity, passion, and drive for success.

• Build loyalty and trust with current and prospective commercial customers.
• Visit accounts regularly to ensure service quality and timely deliveries.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across the territory; motivate and lead Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Reps.
• Develop market analysis and action plans for commercial accounts; identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with Operations to ensure smooth customer experience from order to fulfillment and monitor store performance.
