Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, automotive industry preferred.
• Experience managing or leading teams, direct or indirect.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
• Understanding of sales metrics and profitability analysis.

Responsibilities

• Customer Relationship Management: Build loyalty, visit accounts, address concerns.
• Sales Leadership & Strategy: Drive growth, lead Commercial Managers and Reps, develop market plans.
• Operational Excellence: Coordinate with Operations for order fulfillment and stocking.
• Team Management & Safety: Lead and coach teams, enforce policies and PPE, vehicle upkeep.
• Reporting & Compliance: Analyze sales reports, apply P&L and gross profit principles.
