Job summary
Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking mobile technicians to install and troubleshoot GPS, ELDs, telematics, dash cameras, and related systems on light vehicles and fleet assets. You will perform wiring and testing in a fast-paced environment, driving to customer sites and maintaining documentation of each installation.
Ideal candidates have hands-on automotive or electrical installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a mobile setting while
Qualifications
- Hands-on automotive, electrical, mechanical, or installation experience.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and basic diagnostics.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work around vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Install and troubleshoot GPS, ELDs, telematics, dash cameras, sensors, and tracking equipment.
- Work on light-duty vehicles, commercial trucks, tractors, trailers, and fleet assets.
- Perform basic 12V/24V wiring and connections.
- Test system functionality and diagnose issues.
- Document installations with photos and service notes.
- Maintain safety and quality in right-first-time installations.
